Vetoryl® (trilostane) is a prescription adrenal hormone–regulating medication used for the treatment of Cushing’s disease (hyperadrenocorticism) in dogs. As the only FDA-approved medication for both pituitary-dependent and adrenal-dependent Cushing’s, Vetoryl helps reduce excessive cortisol levels, supporting improved hormonal balance, vitality, and long-term health.
