How to Submit a Prescription
Pet’s Choice Pharmacy cannot process any prescription order without receiving a valid veterinarian's prescription. When you place your order, you’ll be asked to select how the pharmacy should receive the prescription. Please choose one of the options below:
1. I Will Mail My Original Script
Mail the original veterinarian prescription (no photocopies accepted) to the address below. Be sure to include your order number to ensure faster processing.

2. I Have a Refill on File
If your prescription is already on file with Pet’s Choice Pharmacy, our licensed pharmacist will verify any remaining refills and process your order accordingly.
3. My Vet Will Call in My Script
Provide the pharmacy’s toll-free number to your veterinarian:

Once the verbal prescription is received, it will be processed promptly.
4. Contact My Vet for Me
During checkout, you can either select your veterinarian from our database or enter their contact information. Pet’s Choice Pharmacy will reach out directly to request authorization.
⏱️ Please allow 1–3 business days for your vet to respond.
5. My Vet Will Fax the Script
Give your vet the pharmacy’s fax number:

⚠️ Important: Only faxes sent directly from the prescribing veterinarian will be accepted due to pharmacy regulations.
6. Transfer a Prescription
If you'd like to transfer an existing prescription from another pharmacy, either:

Add the pharmacy name and phone number in the “Comments” section of your order,

Order Cancellation Policy
If a valid prescription is not received within 10 business days from the date of your order, the order will be automatically cancelled in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
