Because pets interact closely with items such as food, supplements, apparel, toys, and health products, allowing returns could compromise the well-being of other pets and families.
What should I do if I'm ever unhappy with a purchase for any reason? If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we kindly encourage you to consider giving it away or donating it to a local animal shelter or rescue.
