Vetoryl® (trilostane) is a prescription adrenal hormone–regulating medication used to treat Cushing’s disease (hyperadrenocorticism) in dogs. As the only FDA-approved treatment for both pituitary-dependent and adrenal-dependent Cushing’s, Vetoryl works by reducing excessive cortisol production, helping restore hormonal balance and improve your dog’s overall quality of life.
