Dosing & Administration:

• Give 1 chewable tablet orally once a month.

• Ensure the full dose is consumed. Tablet can be given by hand, with a small amount of food, or placed in the back of the mouth.

Cautions/Warnings:

• Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

• All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment.

• Not effective against adult heartworms.

• Collie breeds may be more sensitive at higher-than-recommended doses.

• Possible side effects (rare): vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, anorexia, ataxia, hypersalivation, seizures.
