Tri-Heart Plus (ivermectin/pyrantel) is a monthly chewable tablet that provides trusted protection against internal parasites in dogs. Specially formulated for medium-sized dogs weighing 26–50 lbs, this palatable chew helps prevent heartworm disease and treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.

Dosing & Administration:

• Give 1 chewable tablet orally once a month.

• Strength (Green Box): 136 mcg Ivermectin / 114 mg Pyrantel.

• Dogs over 100 lbs should receive an appropriate combination of tablets.

• Ensure the full dose is consumed; may be given by hand or with a small amount of food.

Store at 59°–86°F (15°–30°C). Protect from light.

Cautions/Warnings:

• Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

• Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment.

• Not effective against adult heartworms.

• Use with caution in Collies and related breeds at elevated doses.

• Possible side effects: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, anorexia, ataxia, hypersalivation, or seizures (rare).

• Keep out of reach of children. In case of human ingestion, contact a physician immediately.
