This palatable chew provides reliable prevention against heartworm disease while treating and controlling roundworms and hookworms, keeping your pup safe and healthy.

Dosing & Administration:

• Give 1 chewable tablet orally once a month.

• Strength (Blue Box): 68 mcg Ivermectin / 57 mg Pyrantel.

• For dogs weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Dogs over 100 lbs should receive the appropriate combination of tablets.

• Tablet may be offered by hand, mixed with a small amount of food, or placed directly in the back of the mouth. Ensure the entire dose is consumed.

• Pyrantel (57 mg as pamoate salt)

Storage & Handling:

Store at 59°–86°F (15°–30°C). Protect from light.

Cautions/Warnings:

• Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

• All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment.

• Not effective against adult heartworms.

• Collie breeds may be more sensitive at elevated doses.

• Rare side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, anorexia, ataxia, hypersalivation, or seizures.

• Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion by humans, contact a physician immediately.
