Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim (SMZ/TMP) is a broad-spectrum oral antibiotic prescribed for pets to treat a variety of bacterial infections. This medication is effective against infections of the urinary tract, respiratory system, skin, gastrointestinal tract, and more. SMZ/TMP works by blocking bacterial growth, helping to alleviate symptoms and restore your pet’s health.
