SENTINEL Flavor Tabs are an oral, monthly broad-spectrum anthelmintic and flea control solution for dogs and puppies weighing 11–25 lbs. These palatable, once-a-month prescription tablets help prevent heartworm disease, control flea populations, and treat and control roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. Administered with food, Sentinel Flavor Tabs provide reliable protection that keeps your dog healthy and parasite-free.

Active Ingredients (per tablet): Milbemycin Oxime (5.75 mg) and Lufenuron (115 mg).

Dosing & Administration: Administer orally once a month immediately after or with a normal meal to ensure proper absorption. For dogs 11–25 lbs., give one tablet containing 5.75 mg milbemycin oxime and 115 mg lufenuron. Dogs over 100 lbs. are provided the appropriate combination of tablets.

Storage & Handling: Store at 55–80°F.

Cautions/Warnings: Not for human use. Do not use in puppies less than 4 weeks of age or weighing under 2 lbs. Prior to administration, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. Mild, transient hypersensitivity reactions (labored respiration, vomiting, salivation, lethargy) may occur in heavily infected dogs due to dying microfilariae.
