Panacur® 10% Suspension is a prescription oral dewormer for horses and cattle, used to treat and control a wide range of internal parasites including lungworms, stomach worms, intestinal worms, large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, and ascarids. In beef cattle, it is also effective against tapeworms and Type II Ostertagiasis (inhibited 4th stage larvae).

• Species: Horses, Beef Cattle, Dairy Cattle (as prescribed by a veterinarian).

• Indication (Horses): Treatment and control of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, and ascarids.

• Indication (Cattle): Treatment and control of lungworms, stomach worms, intestinal worms, and in beef cattle only—tapeworms and Type II Ostertagiasis.

• Dosage:

  • Horses & Cattle: 5 mg/kg (2.3 mL per 100 lbs. body weight).

  • Beef Cattle (for tapeworm or Type II Ostertagiasis): 10 mg/kg (4.6 mL per 100 lbs. body weight).

• Administration: Oral dosing; shake well before use.

• Withdrawal: No milk withdrawal period in dairy cattle when used at 5 mg/kg.

• Storage: Store at or below 25°C (77°F), protect from freezing.
