Lutalyse® (dinoprost tromethamine) is a veterinary prescription prostaglandin hormone injection used in cattle, swine, and mares. It is FDA-approved for estrus synchronization, treatment of reproductive conditions, and induction of luteolysis. By promoting regression of the corpus luteum, Lutalyse® allows veterinarians to better manage breeding programs and reproductive health in livestock and horses.
