• Strength & Count: 6 tablets; for dogs 2–10 lbs. and cats 1.5 lbs.+

• Class: Antiparasitic (heartworm preventive + dewormer).

• Indication (Dogs):

  • Heartworm Prevention: Prevents Dirofilaria immitis infection when given monthly.

  • Intestinal Parasites: Controls adult hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum), and removes/control of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina) and whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).

• Indication (Cats):

  • Heartworm Prevention: Prevents Dirofilaria immitis infection.

  • Intestinal Parasites: Removes adult hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme) and roundworms (Toxocara cati).

• Age/Weight Requirements:

  • Dogs: ≥4 weeks of age and ≥2 lbs.

  • Cats: ≥6 weeks of age and ≥1.5 lbs.

• Use Only Under Vet Supervision: Prescription required. Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment. If a dose is missed, administer as soon as possible and resume monthly schedule.

• Contraindications/Cautions: Do not use in dogs under 4 weeks of age or <2 lbs., or cats under 6 weeks of age or <1.5 lbs. Use with caution in dogs with high numbers of circulating microfilariae—hypersensitivity reactions (vomiting, lethargy, labored breathing, salivation) may occur.

• Possible Side Effects: Reported reactions include lethargy, vomiting, ataxia, anorexia, diarrhea, convulsions, weakness, and hypersalivation.

• Storage: Store at 59–77°F (15–30°C). Keep in original packaging until use.

• Regulatory: Prescription required; federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
