Flunixamine® (flunixin meglumine) is a veterinary prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used in horses and cattle. It is FDA-approved for the control of fever, inflammation, and pain associated with a variety of conditions, including endotoxemia, colic in horses, and bovine respiratory disease (BRD) in cattle. Administered via injection, Flunixamine® provides rapid relief and systemic support in acute care situations.
