Dorzolamide HCL/Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution is a veterinary prescription combination eye medication commonly used in dogs and cats. It is indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension, and may also be used in the unaffected eye to prevent glaucoma when the other eye is already affected. This dual-action formula combines a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor (dorzolamide) with a beta-blocker (timolol) for effective pressure control.
