Cefpoderm® (cefpodoxime proxetil) is a broad-spectrum, third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used in dogs. It is commonly prescribed for the treatment of skin infections (wounds, abscesses, and lacerations) and is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
