Active Ingredient (per chew): Oclacitinib 3.6 mg
Dosing & Administration:
Administer orally as directed by your veterinarian. Recommended dosage is 0.18 to 0.27 mg/lb (0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg) body weight, once or twice daily as prescribed. May be given with or without food.
Storage & Handling:
Store at 68° to 77°F (20° to 25°C), with excursions permitted between 59° to 104°F (15° to 40°C).
Cautions/Warnings:
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Do not use Apoquel Chewable in dogs under 12 months of age or in dogs with serious infections. Use with caution in dogs with a history of neoplasia or chronic infections. Do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Side effects may include vomiting and diarrhea. Apoquel may increase susceptibility to infections and exacerbate parasitic infestations. Consult your veterinarian for safe use alongside other medications.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Do not use APOQUEL CHEWABLE in dogs less than 12 months of age or those with serious infections. APOQUEL CHEWABLE may increase the chances of developing serious infections, and may cause existing parasitic skin infestations or pre-existing cancers to get worse. Consider the risks and benefits of treatment in dogs with a history of recurrence of these conditions. New neoplastic conditions (benign and malignant) were observed in clinical studies and post-approval. APOQUEL CHEWABLE has not been tested in dogs receiving some medications including some commonly used to treat skin conditions such as corticosteroids and cyclosporines. Do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Most common side effects are vomiting and diarrhea.
