Dosing & Administration:
Administer orally as prescribed by your veterinarian. The recommended dose is 0.18 to 0.27 mg/lb (0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg) body weight. May be given with or without food.

Store at 68° to 77°F (20° to 25°C), with excursions permitted between 59° to 104°F (15° to 40°C).
Cautions/Warnings:
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Do not use Apoquel Chewable in dogs less than 12 months of age or those with serious infections. This medication may increase the risk of developing serious infections, worsen existing parasitic infestations, or exacerbate pre-existing cancers. New benign and malignant growths have been observed. Do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. The most common side effects include vomiting and diarrhea. Consult your veterinarian before use with other medications.

Consider the risks and benefits of treatment in dogs with a history of recurrence of these conditions. New neoplastic conditions (benign and malignant) were observed in clinical studies and post-approval. APOQUEL CHEWABLE has not been tested in dogs receiving some medications including some commonly used to treat skin conditions such as corticosteroids and cyclosporines. Do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Most common side effects are vomiting and diarrhea.
