Safe for both short- and long-term use, Apoquel can be given alongside other medications, including pest control treatments, antibiotics, and vaccines, as directed by your veterinarian. Apoquel works through selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibition, targeting the key itch signals in the nervous system with minimal impact on immune function.

• 60–89.9 lbs: One 16 mg tablet twice daily

• 90–129.9 lbs: 1½ 16 mg tablets twice daily

• 130–175.9 lbs: Two 16 mg tablets daily
