• Canine Safety: Safe for dogs weighing 88.1–110 lbs. and at least 7 weeks of age. Do not use in sick, debilitated, or underweight dogs.

• Breed Sensitivity Warning: Some dogs, especially Collies and Collie crosses, may carry the MDR1 gene mutation, which increases sensitivity to avermectins. Ingestion can cause serious adverse reactions including depression, salivation, dilated pupils, incoordination, tremors, panting, coma, or death. Keep dogs separated for 30 minutes after treatment to prevent licking.

• Human Safety Warnings: Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye and skin contact. Children should not touch the application site for 2 hours after treatment. Wash thoroughly after handling. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

• Use Only Under Vet Supervision: Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections before starting. Not effective against adult D. immitis.

• Contraindications/Cautions: Do not administer orally. Do not use on cats (contains 2.5% moxidectin). Avoid in breeding, pregnant, or lactating animals unless directed by a veterinarian.

• Storage: Store at controlled room temperature. Protect from light.

• Regulatory: Prescription required; federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
