MiconaHex+Triz® Shampoo by Dechra is a veterinary-formulated medicated shampoo designed to support healthy skin and coat in dogs, cats, and horses with conditions responsive to miconazole and/or chlorhexidine. This advanced formula combines 2% Miconazole Nitrate, a potent antifungal that prevents and treats fungal skin infections, and 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate, an effective antimicrobial used as adjunctive therapy for bacterial skin infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Enriched with TrizEDTA, this shampoo enhances antimicrobial activity while helping to restore the skin barrier. Added ceramides provide deep hydration, repair, and restoration for dry, damaged, or irritated skin, making it an excellent choice for pets requiring both treatment and skin barrier support.

Directions for Use: SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE. Apply to wet coat, rub onto skin and haircoat to create a rich lather. Allow shampoo to remain on skin and coat for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well. Use up to 4 times per week or as directed by your veterinarian. All changes (positive or negative) in the condition of the skin and haircoat should be reported to your veterinarian to determine continued bathing frequency with this shampoo. |
