Rx Triple Wormer Small Dog 6–25 lbs – 30 gm / 12 Tablets
Triple Wormer is a broad-spectrum dewormer for puppies and small dogs. It is formulated with pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel to effectively treat and control roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms. This oral tablet provides convenient parasite protection for dogs weighing 6–25 lbs.
Age/Weight Requirements: Safe for puppies and small dogs 6–25 lbs.
Dosage:
6.0–12.0 lbs → 1 tablet
12.1–25.0 lbs → 2 tablets (Larger dogs should be dosed with Medium/Large Dog size tablets as directed).
Administration: Offer the proper dosage by hand or in food, with or without meals. Do not withhold food before or after treatment.
Use Only Under Vet Supervision: Consult your veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism.
Contraindications/Cautions: Use caution in debilitated or sick animals.
Possible Side Effects: Mild gastrointestinal upset may occur.

Dosage instructions:
Each flavored chewable contains 30 mg of pyrantel pamoate and 30 mg of praziquantel. The dose for each drug is 2.27 mg per pound of body weight (5 mg/kg). Please refer to the following dosing table for help finding the right dose for your dog.
