Albon® (sulfadimethoxine) is a veterinary prescription sulfonamide antibiotic and antiprotozoal used in dogs and cats. It is indicated for the treatment of respiratory, urinary tract, intestinal, and soft tissue infections caused by susceptible bacteria. Albon® is also highly effective for the treatment of coccidiosis, a protozoal infection of the intestines, making it a trusted medication for a variety of conditions.
